Spooky Season

We are so excited for Halloween & whether you celebrate by throwing a costume party, going to a haunted house, trick-or-treating etc. We wanted to share some of our favorite pinterest ideas with y’all!

Stuffed Pepper jack-o-lanterns

We have seen this recipe a lot of different ways this years & y’all, we are obsessed! To recreate it you “carve” orange bell peppers & fill them with your favorite fillings, (the post uses shredded chicken & rice. Don’t forget you can always use our Roaster Chicken as well. And of course it can be made vegetarian & vegan).

Then boil the peppers, take them out, stuff them, bake & serve.

Mummy Marshmallows

These are so adorable, for children & adults alike, & such a simple recipe too! All you do is melt down both dark & white chocolate, dip a marshmallow in the dark chocolate (we recommend trying one of Sweet Lydia’s fall flavored marshmallows for a twist, available at Nan’s), then pipe on some white chocolate & add on the candy eyes.
