Nan's Fall Menu

We have some delicious new veggies for you this season! They are full of warm wholesome flavors, so we wanted to give you a deep dive into what their components are. So, read on to get a better look at our fall veggies:

Beet & Apple w/ Maple & Mustard

Our new beet & apple salad is filled with warm fall spices like grain mustard, charred shallots, roasted coriander, tarragon, parsley, lemon, olive oil & black pepper. We also bring out the flavors further by splashing the crunchy beets & apples with Carr’s Cider house Vinegar & maple syrup.

Cabbage & Pumpkin

Our new shaved fall veggie slaw is the perfect twist on classic fall flavors. Of course, we have toasted pumpkin seeds & roasted honey nut squash, that we toss with local cabbage, kale, marinated garbanzo beans & broccoli. It is then topped with pickled sultanas, cracked black pepper, parsley, lemon & sharp honey mustard vinaigrette to create that new intriguing flavor.

Local Apple & Fennel Waldorf

As apple season comes back, so does our beautifully tangy apple & fennel waldorf. It is a Waldorf inspired salad with local apple varieties, shaved celery, fennel, roasted walnuts, currants, preserved lemon, snipped herbs & tangy-tarragon buttermilk. Try it with our Spicy-Seared Shawarma Chicken Thigh!

Autumn Quinoa

Last, but definitely not least, is our new Autumn Quinoa. This item is incredibly intriguing with rainbow quinoa blended with roasted edamame beans, shaved root veggies, ginger, citrus segments, pomegranate seeds, olive oil & plumpled sunflower seeds. If you are looking to try something new & interesting, then this is the dish for you!
